Dear Neighbours,

I hope you are doing well. As you are all aware, we share the parking area in D block of our apartment for the past three months. However, for the past week I have been facing challenges in utlizing the space. Few of them are not using the space wisely and parking the vehicle by crossing the line defined for each cars. Due to this, there has been facing space constraints to park my car. Ultimately I had to contact either of you every time through phone to park it properly. I totally understand that there could some urgent work or a valid reason which makes us to rush in parking the vehicle however it is not acceptable everytime.

In order to solve this issue, let us all park our four wheelers and bikes properly in the allocated space so that there will not be any disturbance for anyone. I would suggest to schedule a meeting to address this concern so that we all will be aligned in the same page. Please let me know your convenient timings so that we can connect for a huddle to discuss on parking space and other challenges if any. I am writing this mail as a concern and not to offend anyone. Please do not take this personally and thanks for understanding.
