The diagram explains the way in which bricks are produced for the purpose of building industry. Overall, the bricks manufacturing process consists of seven stages starting from digging the clay to the point of delivering.
To begin with, the first process is to dig out clay from the ground using the digger, then placed the clay in a metal grid that as a roller afterwards add sand plus water to it to make a mould and then it forms a bricks, another method in forming a brick is by wire cutter after adding sand and water to mix with gridded clay.
In the next stage, bricks will be placed in a drying oven of moderate temperature between 200 degrees Celsius to 980 degrees Celsius up to higher temperature of 870 degrees Celsius to 1300 degrees Celsius, then it will be allowed to cool in the cooling chamber between 48-72hours. Thereafter the bricks is ready for packaging and delivery.
