The diagram demonstrates the process of producing fabric from bamboo.
Overall, the production of bamboo fabric is a linear process which has several stages. It begins with planting bamboo and ends with many clothes.
Initially, bamboo are planted in the Spring seasoning and then they are harvested in the Autumn by farmers. After that, the bamboo is delivered to the factory for processing. There, the single bamboos are cut into strips and crushed smaller to make liquid pulp. Next, the liquid is filtered by a specialized machine to separate long fibres from liquid. Following this, they are added chemicals such as water and amine oxide to make the fibres soften.
In the next stage of this process, the fibres are made to string and spined to make yam before being weaved to make a fabric. Finally, the bamboo fabric is used to sew many clothes such as shirts, socks and others.
