Dear Andrea,

I am very excited about your upcoming 18th birthday party. As your friend, I would like to help you plan and execute one of the most important celebrations in your life. We have many things to do, and I hope you will not get tired of my face after all this is done.

Let’s start with the theme of the party. Since we were kids, you have been fond of Disney movies, particularly Beauty and the Beast. We can use Belle’s gown for your dress, and we can decorate the venue with all things related to the Disney movie. We’ll require guests to dress formally, and to not wear the color yellow, so you will absolutely be the star of the night.

Next is the venue. I have done my research on all the fancy places in the city, but the one I adore the most is the hotel near our school. It will be convenient for most of our classmates too. I have seen the hotel’s party rooms, and it looked magnificent. We can visit it tomorrow if you are free.

The last item that I want to discuss is the entertainment. I know you love Taylor Swift, so I sent her a message if she can spare some time to sing at your debut. I am still waiting for her response, but I feel hopeful that she will come. The music for the whole night will be handled by the jazz band that we saw at last night’s bar. I immediately talked to them, while you were talking to some friends.
