Dear Sir,
I’m writing this letter to enquire about a backpack that I forget on a flight to London previous week, to be exact it was July 18. The aeroplane landed at around 8 AM in the morning and I was having a hard time confronting my stomach as it was giving me trouble and we were not allowed to go to the restroom at the time the plane was landing.
The day before the flight I was with my girlfriend in a restaurant and enjoying some scrumptious food with her. At first glance the restaurant was good so was the customer service, but later when I checked the review of the restaurant many people seems to be talking about the problem in the later day which in-term occured to me now. Speaking of the bag I left on the plane it’s a black bag with red stripes on it, which contains my daily toiletries and some crucial documents that I was carrying for work. It also has a white teddy bear keychain that is attached to it, it would be great if airline can look into this incident and get back to me as soon as possible as it contains important documents relating to privacy.
Thank you for looking into this incident, I’ll waiting for the response from the airliness.
Yours Sincerely,
ABC
