Dear Manager,

My name is Pasandi Janithma from Sri lanka. I was on A330 flight, Colombo to London on 20th August last week.It seems that i left my luggage on the plane.

The bag is black color with leather handles.There’s small moon shape keytag top of the corner and it has red strap covered bag handles for security .Inside the luggage my new credit card, traveling card,Passport and approximately 100 euros were there.Moreover,personal documents and my laptop were inside the bag.

I’m seek your urgent support to find my luggage.I knew that it was my responsibility to keep luggage with me but I appreciate if you could check the aircraft and let me know. Otherwise i will lose my visa without having a passport.If you find my thing kindly contact me via mentioned mobile number 9783939 Or else deliver my luggage to 107/19 mattiz hotel,London.
