Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you about my bag that I lost while travelling with your airline.

Actually i took flight from London to Toronto on Sunday, flight number # A234. It landed at Toronto airport monday morning. I have one carry on bag with me, that i forgot to collect it while disembarking the plane.

It is brown cargo bag, has bleck straps, and pokemon sticker on the front side. It has my laptop, a phone charger, and some of my clothes. Additionally, it also has some of my important documents in it.

I am really be grateful if you help me find my bag and said it to the address mentioned on the bag.
