In the first pie chart which is 1983 shows the people who are 0 to 15 years old are 20% while in 2003 the ratio of this age group decreased by 12%. Moving to the next age group which 16 to 24 years old had very low amount of portion in 1983 which is 4% and 15% increased in 2003.

Furthermore, the individuals who are 25 to 34 years old didn’t have much difference in amount of their ratios which is 10% in 1983 and 12% in 2003.
