The table provides information about different aspects of services in three health centres namely Longston, Peveril, and Marchbank which is evaluated by patients.
Overall, The Peveril centre has the highest average service when compared to other centres, whereas Longston centre has the least services. Marchbank centre also has dominant services in doctors service. Response to concerns it the most evaluated aspect of service by patients in Peveril centre while it is lowest in Longstone centre.
Response to concerns is the most evaluated service in Peveril centre which accounts for 9.6 whereas it was the least evaluated service in Longston centre that is 4.3 and Marchbank centre has 6.5 responses. Followed by booking appointments ,it was popular amoung Peveril centre that is 9.1 , and 7.8 in Marchbank ,however least number of services were there in Longston centre that were 5.2. Doctors service is another service which is evaluated by patients in 3 centres it shows slight variations in Peveril, Marchbank and Longstone that is 8.7,8.4 and 8.0 respectively.
However, care for children is the next evaluated service by patients that was leading in Peveril centre with 7.5 , and Marchbank was just behind Peverl with 7.3 rating ,while 6.3 was only there for Longstone centre. Finally, pharmacy is the non popular aspect of service which was evaluated by patients amoung 3 centres, that was highest in Peveril centre which was 6.3 and Marchbank and Longston centres shares 5.8 and 5.1 responses by patients respectively.
