Band 5+: You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my concern about my bag leftover in your plance and I did not remember about my bag until I arrive hotel.

To begin with, I am flying to London from Canada, seat number is B12 flight number is AR346, its a direct flight of Air Canda. During landing, a child in the plane fell from seat, everyone in the plane get shocked, assist with the medical emergency. During that time rushed caused, I left my bag in the as the situation was so shocking.

Furthermore, the bag is about 10-12kg in weight, carry on bag, and has a blue colour with wheelers, The one eye-catching thing to the bag is that there’s small ribbon attached on the handle, as well as has a name on it.

I would be grateful if you could have a look in your plane’s oberhead bin, and if possible give a call on 2056786 when you find that, I will come to the baggage claim office and pick it up.
