The process diagram displays, the stages that ethanol fuel undergoes as it is produced from corn.In general,the production pf ethanol fuel goes through 9 stages,the process begins from the raw the corn,is taken through several stages to obtain the final product and ends with tranportation of the ethanol fuel to consumers.
To start with,corn as a raw materail is collected then stored before milling begins,after milling ,thereafter, cooking takes place for 4 hours water is added while it is cooking,afterwards,the well cooked product is fermented for fourty eight hours, then moved to the separation chamber,where the liquid is separated form the solid part.
Moving forwad,after seperation,the by-product is in a solid form,a special liquid is added to it before the ethanol is purified for a period of 5 hours,in the ninth stage,the well purified ethanol is ready and is stored in a secure place,lastly,the stored ethanol is ready and is tranportated to the consumers for use
