Dear Madam,
I am residing in park street since last 15 years with my family. Our locality had been safe and secured for its residents. I am writing this letter in order to report concern of hygiene, on behalf of all the people residing in park street.
It has been observed recently, that garbage collection which is a daily significant activity of cleanliness department has been neglected by them. Since past 3 days rubbish collection is not done, due to which a huge pile of trash has been accumulated outside each house.
This has led to increase in infectious insects in area, caused by the bad odour caused by trash piled up. There had been 3 cases reported of dengue in locality which was caused by rise in number of dengue mosquitos in the locality. As I live with my elderly parents, wife and children am worried for their health safety if the situation still persists.
In my opinion, first and foremost step to resolve this issue is to appoint 2-3 teams of 5 individual each, who will collect this trash bags on immediate basis. This action to be continued daily basis to avoid such issues in future. An action against the defaulter employees to be taken either by given warning letter or temporary suspension as a punishment. This will help in maintenance of hygiene and order in locality.
I hope local council will response to our concerns soon and take necessary actions to resolve them.
Your sincerely,
Adam Thomas
