Dear boss,

I am one of your employee in the Marketing Department, and I do need you permission to eliminate some hours from my shift.

Last Monday, I had got a test, and I got accepted in a photoshop course, which will be commenced in the following week. Thus, I would like to reduce my working hours to 6 hours only rather than 8.

If you do not mind, I want to work in the early morning as my course is going to be held late in the evening. Therefore, I may enough time to be prepared and be there on time. Moreover, when someone comes late, the instructor shall not allow them to attend.

This course is considered beneficial and would aid our company in various way. To begin with, They will train the attendees on how to use the latest version of Adobe photoshop, which has advanced tools that can be used in the marketing field and ease our job. For instance, clear the back-ground feature is depending mainly on the AI. As a consequence, less hours might be dedicated to finish the task manually.
