This diagram depicts the production of Bricks from Clay.
The whole process consists of seven main steps starting from collecting the clay and ending with delivering. Between this two phases , the materials go thorough various machineries like roller and drying to gain its shape from clay to bricks
At the beginning, A digger collects the clay. After that the clay passes through roller where there is metal grid which removes the sand. Then, this sand mixed with water either kept in mold to getting its shape of sends to other machineries to where the wire cutter shaped the bricks using wire cutter
After being shaped bricks are sent to drying oven for one to two days. After this in kiln firstly goes through moderate temperature like 200–300-degree Celsius following this they cooked in very high temperature like 879-900 degree Celsius before packing the bricks they kept in cooling chamber for two to three days. After that they are finally ready to deliver
