The table illustrates data about the proportion of household with selected seven types of electronic in New Zealand over an eighteen-year period, from 2002 to 2020.
Overall, in 2002 new Zealand citizen prefered to have wasing machine in their house, while in 2020 colour tv was the most choosen. Moreover, most of the electricity increased in percentages, except cell phone.
At the bigining, in 2002 the percentage of washing machine was accounted at 97%, making it higher than other electronic devices. After that, it show a slight rise to 98%. Color tv was the secon-highest, whin in 2002 it proportion was 95% before growth by 4% in 2000. Furtermore, dishwasher, show unsignificant changed from 45% in 2002 to 55% in 2020.
In addition, cell phone, digital camera, and computer rates were rocketed, which the increasing by 60%, 38%, and 28% respectively. However, video recored was the only electronic goos that became decreased in number. There was a moderate decline from 75% to 60%.
