Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you of our interest in staying in your hotel for our upcoming weekend family vacation.

We are planning to be in your facility on Saturday morning around 9 am and since this is only a weekend away, we will be leaving the resort on Sunday evening no later than 7 pm.

My parents and I have different accommodation requirements hence, we would like to book two separate rooms. The first room should have a king-sized bed with seaside view and the second room should have 2 single beds along with a sofa, located near the poolside of the building. Currently, we are unaware of your pricing, therefore, please share the approximate cost of required rooms for a weekend vacation and include which services the price covers.

As we are unfamiliar with the area where the hotel is located, we would appreciate any guidance on nearby facilities and places worth visiting.
