Overall, there are five major ways used in three countries to deal with the refuse. The largest proportions of waste products in the UK and Sweden are dug in the ground, while the Republic of Korea uses a recycling method to reduce the waste.
According to the first and second charts, there are three major ways to elimenate waste in the Republic of Korea and Sweden: recycling, underground, and incineration. While the largest proportion of tailings is recycled in the Republic of Korea (69%), Sweden uses an underground method to get rid of rubbish, at 55%. In contrast, an underground way ranks second in Korea, digging 22% of refuse in the ground, and 25% of waste is recycled in Sweden. Both countries destroy 20% and 9% of trash by fire.
In the UK, waste products are dealt with using four different ways. The vast majority of tailings is dug. 8% of waste is got rid of by the usage of chemical treatment and dumping at sea, respectively. The minor percentage of rubbish is burnt.
