Whilst USA, Korea and France showed a steady increase of women employment throughout the years, Afghanistan had a steep decline after 1995. USA and France employeed more number of women than Korea overall.
USA had the highest percentage of women employed from 1985 to 2005, where it showed in increase in the employment from around 45% to 55% being employeed. The most number of women employed in the USA, was in 200 with more than 60% employed. Korean employment rates showed a similar increase from 20% to around 35% in 1985 and 2005 respecfully. There was a gap of 25% beween the two throughout the years, which was lowered by 5% by 2005.
Whilst France showed similar growth to USA and Korea after 1995, between 1985 and 1990, their employment rates fell by about 10%, and increasing back by 15% in 1995 to 46%. Afghanistan had the highest decline in women employment rates of all the countries, where beween 1995 and 2000, it dropped from about 30% and falling to the lowest employment of all countries at around 3% by 2005.
