Dear Gym Manager,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several recent changes at the gym. I signed up for a year-long membership because of the excellent facilities and convenient schedule, but the new changes have made it difficult for me to use the gym properly.
Firstly, the gym has reduced its opening hours, which is inconvenient for members who prefer to work out early in the morning or late in the evening. In addition, many exercise machines have been removed and replaced with equipment that takes up more space, resulting in longer waiting times. The cancellation of several fitness classes has also limited the services available to members.
These changes have negatively affected my fitness routine. Due to the shorter opening hours and overcrowded equipment areas, I am unable to complete my workouts effectively. Furthermore, the removal of classes I regularly attended has reduced the value of my membership.
I believe the gym should reconsider these changes or provide suitable alternatives. I would appreciate it if the opening hours could be extended again, more equipment could be added, and popular fitness classes could be restored. If these issues cannot be resolved, I would like to request partial compensation or the option to cancel my membership without penalty.
