Dear Jane,

This is an apologies letter written by Japan while hoping that you would understand my reasons and forgive my bad time management and a lack of keeping promises, made between us.

You have my deepest apologies ,Jane, I know how bad it felt to get cancelled out of the blue but I do have my reasons for cancelling our meeting which were my overloaded school works, projects and a family gathering that I had to attended. I’m so sorry about this.

How about the next time we meet I’ll make it up to you and take you out to have some nice beverages and pastries from this new cafe around our meeting areas, I heard they sell the meanest Blueberry cheesecake ever. Please write back asap, u can provide that date and time for our next meeting. For now, I still got some projects to do , so best be off..
