Dear Ms. Lopez,
I am writing this letter to ask for an apology for my repeated lateness during our meetings.
These days had been hard for me. The nanny of my two year old son has left us without a notice. I’ve been having a hard time looking for someone to babysit him.
To resolve this issue, I already talked to my in-laws to look after my son during our meetings. Thankfully, they agreed to it. Their place is just ten minutes away from our rendezvous, so it is now easy for me to navigate from my place to our meeting place.
I am looking forward to be on time in the future. I assure you that my tardiness will improve and I will let you know if I couldn’t make it due to emergency. I wanted to pass this to pursue my plans to work in an English language environment.
Hoping for your guidance on the entire duration of our program.
Sincerely yours,
Mae
