I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to complain about the internet service, which was updated a few weeks ago. Before that, I used a basic plan for internet services, which was $30 for a month, and I upgraded it to $50 so I could use it for my study plans with good internet connectivity. I am disappointed with the services; there is no quality, and good speed of the data. Moreover, I mostly needed it during my study hours, but it did not work before 12 pm. It wasted my time and money. I would like to make you request to updated this plan in same plan as soon as possible, so I can focus on my studies and perform well in my exam.
