Dear Mr.Amanbayev,
The reason why I am writing this letter is to apologize for I will not able to present myself on the agreed date. I deeply regret any inconvenience or hurt that my actions may have caused you.
My inability to go to work on this date is duo to my sister’s wedding. Her wedding was originally scheduled for the 5th of November, but was postponed duo to some event planning problems. Normally, I would choose to be at work on the 15th, but she doesn’t have a brother or sister other than me.
I understand that I would be not be making a good first impression. Moreover, I am ready to take any sort of query that comes my way. I also assure you that I would be making up for any lost time.
I hope this problem will not affect our relationship and to compensate for my absence, I would like to suggest some solutions. To start with, to clear the backlog created by my late start, I can work two additional hours every day until I am able to cope up with either coming in early or leaving late. Secondly, I feel responsible for the pressure my delayed start may have created on the company, and I am going to work harder until everything is back to normal.
Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding
