Dear Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well.I am writing to inform you that I have visited the museum with my family including kinds and alders. On September 20th we went to the museum to know about the historical preservation, artifacts and culture. We went on Saturday morning as its public holiday. Furthermore, I particularly with my grandfather because he is unable to walk due to the weakness of his leg. He was a musician and interest in cultural music, instruments, moreover tool and equipment that used in construction.

As I already mention that was a national holiday the museum was over crowded although my grandfather was on wheelchair there was no place for such people,at the entrance gate his wheelchair was stuck not moved. The floor was not designed to cope the vehicle and there is no place availbe to watch and read the historical information.listening to the music was difficult.

I would strongly suggest you to make especial gate at the entrench and track for their aids as these individuals need a time to move and understand a minor things.

I would appreciated if you could look into this matter as your arleast convenience.
