Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the visit to the museum. I visited the place on previous Saturday with my aunt who is aged above 60. She is person who is experiencing from severe stress. Due to this I planned to accompany her to the museum for the purpose of alleviating from her personal problems and the feeling of loneliness. Moreover, I booked two tickets for two adults with the provision of wheel entry to the area.
Unfortunately, the volunteers did not give the permission for using wheel chair in few areas and they claimed those areas are only wheel chair free. As person who is physically weak it is the right of the person to use the supporting equipment for their walk.
I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the staffs and to the inaccessibility of the basic provisions in the public places.
I would like to suggest that the ramps can be built for the entry of wheel chairs to every centre of the museum to reduce the dissatisfaction among the visitors.
I hope you will take necessary arrangements to tackle this problem promptly.
Yours faithfully,
Sera John.
