Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the meal I had earlier in the day today with my family at your restaurant.
I visited your restaurant today in the noon to celebrate my parents marriage anniversary. As my parents are fond of Indian appetizers, we visited your restaurant to surprise them with their favorite Indian starters.
It was my friend who suggested me to dine-in at your place for delicious dishes but it did not went as expected. We ordered paneer tikka and chilly cauliflower as referenced, but both these dishes were served cold to us and without sausages. Additionally, the main ingredients of both our meals were not fresh and they were bitter to taste.
I kindly request you to look into this matter personally and take strict action against the individuals responsible for this. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the complimentary meals on our next visit as a compensation for the inconvenience caused to us.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Param.
