Dear Mr. Shaw,
I am writing this letter to throw some light on the presentation that I have been preparing since last month to demonstrate on next week in a conference. I do need your help presenting few topics which I find difficult.
First off, the sales department records have been misplaced by the sales team and in order to hold the conference, the record of our yearly sales is showing blank on our records. I am finding myself in a state of jeopardy and I know you are very lexical with the software and backups.
Therefore, I request you to please work on getting the sales record back and present the yearly performance in a conference which would be held in our company’s board room. I trust you more than anyone in this company and hope you can help your friend out.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Anmol Shakti Monga
