Dear Rishav,

On the occasion of company’s 50 years anniversary, I am organizing a conference, where we would be launching our new line of software products. I would be grateful, if you could provide a presentation and make this event remarkable.

Let me first brief you with the details about this conference. It would be an one day event, at City Hall Theater, starting at 9:00 am. We would be demonstrating our new software solutions to our potential clients.

Since you have contributed as a product owner through out the lifecycle of this solution, we would like you to demonstrate its potential to the guests. Additionally, you fit well, when it comes to convince our clients to include these new tools in their businesses, as you have proven this skill in the past.

However, I have few checklists which includes, Projectors, Laptops for the presentations. If you have any specific requirement, please let me now, so that I can make arrangements in no time.
