Dear sir/mam,
I have received bad service during my business trip in India at a hotel organised by you they will come gr est with the full of hearts but the room which are they gave was very dirty the bedsheet were not watched cottons were to light so I didn’t get privacy as I have schedule meetings online additionally have boked the banquet hall for the evening meeting discuss how to expand my business in other countries.
Furthermore,they do not provide the refreshments in good manner there were chairs which was broken I was like a worst situation ever.
I must suggest that you drop a male or letters to the manager of the hotel and tell to improve the services or for the next time you organised should be the 5 star.
Hope you will consider all these things and make a good arrangement for the next time.
