Dear Vikas,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know that I am selling my furniture because I am moving to another city for work, and my new apartment is not that spacious. I would prefer to sell it to someone I know rather than to a stranger.

I have a TV cabinet, a sofa, and a movable wardrobe for sale. The TV cabinet is like new since I bought it recently. The sofa is made from saag tree wood, and the wardrobe is movable, so you can place it anywhere, whether in a bedroom or a storage room. Remember the last time you came to my birthday party at my home? You were asking me about this furniture, so I thought it would be a great idea to let you know about it before I sell it to someone else.

I am moving to my new place next month, so you can come and take a look anytime before then. Just please give me a call half an hour before you arrive.
