I am writing this letter to apologize for discontinuing this course. I need to get a job in the UK, and I believe this is a great opportunity for me. It is my strong ambition, and I cannot afford to miss it. I was caught off guard by this decision, but I have decided to discontinue this cookery class.
I have really enjoyed your class, especially your teaching methods and dedication. You maintain a friendly relationship with all your students, and I truly admire your character. You are the best teacher in our institution, and your willingness to help is greatly appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the lesson where we learned to make chicken curry; it was such a fun class. Every student appreciates your efforts.
I tried making the chicken curry recipe at home, and my family loved it. I genuinely appreciate all the techniques and tips you have shared with us; they have been incredibly helpful to me. I promise I will never forget you, and I will miss you a lot.
