Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to apologise for discontinue this course. Because i have to get a job to working in UK. So that i think this is the better chance to work there. It’s my strong ambision, so i cannot leave it that opportunity.I am out of blue to hear this news. Thus, i want to discontinue this cookery class.

I have really enjoyed your class, especially your teaching method and your dedication. You always keep a friendly relationship with each other. I really like your character. You are the best teacher in our institution and your helping mentality is very appretiate one. I really most enjoyed in your class at your teaching to make chicken curry. That is very funny class. Every students are appretiated you. I tried this recipe and my family members are really like that, chicken cury.

I really appreciate you because you teach a lot of techniques and give more tips for cooking. It is more helpful for me. I promise, i never forget you in my life and i miss you lots.
