Dear Sir,

My name is GurKaren Singh, I recently got Opportunity to represent our organisation in front of other compititors from other nation. This meeting was about the hike in EV Cars users. This meeting was very knowledgeful, and i gained lots of information about upcoming technology.

During my stay, the room which was booked for was not properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere on floor, and furniture. On the other hand, coffee machine was not working, and i have a habit of drinking coffee in morning. Even the room attendant didnot shown on time when i call them for room cleaning.

Due to these problems i feel tired when i was in meeting. You can improve this next time if you see review of hotel before booking a room. Even you can give suggestion to the accomodation provoder about cleanliness and basic requirement of the guest.

Hoping for kind consideration regarding this matter from your side.
