I am Viacheslav Furman. I attended an international meeting in the field of new computer technologies by my company. I am the main speaker of this conference. I appreciate your care about me. But I am writing this letter express to dissatisfaction with the hotel which you booked for me.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. First of all, there is not wi-fi in the my room. Moreover, this hotel provides access to the Internet in the lobby for an extra fee. In addition, I spend more than one hour to get the meeting hall due to this hotel is far away from there.

I request you to change my hotel as soon as possible because I cannot spend so many time for commit, and what is worse I cannot prepare for meeting without a reliable access to my google cloud on the Internet.
