Band 4+: You were sent by your company to attend a meeting in another country, but you are not happy with the hotel your organizer booked for you. Write a letter to an organizer about the meeting details What you did not like about the hotel what you want organizer to do about it?

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to Dissatisfaction about the hotel that you arranged for my stay. This hotel is situated Mohali where I stayed for two days but i did not like the hotel because of unhygenic.

This Meeting was organized by my company at mohali collage and my hotel But you organize very messy hotel where all the carpet was fully of bugs and the washroom was not proper clean. After meeting i was fever and it was not a normal fever, it stayed for 3 weeks where i faced a lot of problems with my work .

I only suggest to you about the hotel which you ogranize for me , you should check the hetel first and then should suggest to the employer because for their health which need to be good durings meetings. I hope so you will understand my Problems which i faced in hotel.
