Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the circumstances; I have recently encountered. Due to this, I might not be able to attend the interview on given date.

Two weeks ago, I applied for my medical exam date and today I get to know about the day when I have appointment, which is on same time as interview. For this reason, I would like to ask you If it is possible am I eligible for another date. I will be really appreciating for this help.

I have been looking for a position in your company last 3 months as it is very high demand and hard to get in. Besides this, I have experience in this field for 5 years. So, I can assure you that I will be the best fit your company. To prove I am also sending my work letter from previous company for making my stand.

I would be thankful for your understanding and help me to give different date for the interview.
