Dear John,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance concerning the matter of finding accommodation.

As you know, I have never been to London and I hope you can help me in finding suitable accommodation. I prefer to live close to my workplace in Central London as it saves a lot of time. If I can get something near the metro and market, that would be great.

I am mostly looking for an one or two bedroom apartment. I think I need some furniture because I don’t think it’s a good idea to buy a new set of furniture from scratch on short notice. It is also important to have a stable internet connection.

I would appreciate it if you could inform me as soon as possible. I hope that you will not ignore my letter.
