Dear Madam,

I am one of the worker of our company and I am working from home. Since I am using the equipment which provided by our company, I wanted to express the issue I had with the microphone. When we are doing group calls with other departments, my microphone is always buzzing and sounds broken whenever I try to talk.

As one of the key aspects of our company are having a clear and precise communication, and completing the task on right time without having a problem, I wanted to address that issue. The problem itself lead me to having unclear communication while working on projects and it is a fatal problem for me.

I would like to request a assistance about exchanging my current voice equipment with the newest one in order to fix that issue. I can deliver my current broken equipment to your technic whenever you want me to.
