Dear Sir,

I hope this letter meets you well. I recently came across an Udemy advertisement online, stating a range of training courses that is proposed to start in a fortnight from today. I was however drawn to the Adobe illustration professional course which involves some advanced lessons on how to be more versatile with the software and to bolster my skill-set.

I want to request for a reduction in my work hours and also my work load in order to make the best use of this opportunity because it is short lived. It is to last for two months with intensive lectures and assessments.

I believe this course will enhance my graphic design skills and improve my motion graphic career.

Furthermore, as my productions improve, it will further boost the company’s online presence with the matured and professional designs I make for it, consequently increasing its patronage.
