Dear Manager,

With good intention, I would like to propose the idea to change the open hours of our store to 11 am to 11 pm or maybe we can extend our schedule to 9 am to 11 pm.

The reason behind this is I noticed that plenty of our customers have been complaining about how our shop closes too early. It might be because our target market have changes to night owls and extending our service to them will help us to extend our market. This idea of mine does not just benefit us, workers, but also the sales of our store. Hitting two birds with one stone, right?

I hope that you consider this proposal not just for the store’s growth but to always serve our customers the best. Thank you.
