Hi sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the previous letter that I received from you. I am unhappy after knowing that you are going to increase my car insurance.

As I am a loyal customer of your insurance company almost from 8 years now. My insurance number is 123455. I always pay the insurance on time and so far I did not do any accident as well as I have not used the insurance.

Moreover, after receiving your mail I get to know that my insurance is going to rise almost 20% of my current insurance. That will not be suitable amount for me.

I would like to request you to check my record again. If your decision is not going be to changed then unfortunately, l will change my insurance company in future.
