Band 6+: Your company has recently introduced a new work uniform. You are mostly happy with the uniform, but there is one thing that you do not like. Write a letter to your manager. Dear Sir,

I am writing in regards to newly introduced uniform rule of the company. The formal blue shirt with black trouser and a tie is certainly a good choice. Wearing this uniform will definitely give a presentable look to our employees. I am really excited to have this rule implemented in the company.

But the one thing made me to rethink about the dress is the type of shoes. I firmly believe that formal black shoes without laces would be a more better choice than shoes with laces. The quality of the dress code will be improved with this. In regard to lady staff, formal black heel shoe can be an option. As per the physchological theory, wearing heels even builds up the confidence level of the women.

I believe you would consider my opinion and make up your mind about it. I look forward for hearing from you.
