I am writing this letter to invite you in a charity fundraising event.

I am planning to arrange this particular type of event because of social awereness. Besides, I would like to provide valuable information about supporting local animals. I believe that is quite important to know people all of things about saving animals. The major purpose of arranging this party is that making people are conscious about our local animals.

The charity fundrising event will held on local garden, opposite the park. After considering all team members schedule, I have decided this event will arrange on 23 January, in the evening. If any member would like to register for joning this event, they should book tickets in advance. In other word, they can book their ticket on online.

In this program we will provide valuable lessons which can be helpful for saving animals. We will bring some rare animals that general people never seen before. For example, the main attraction will be rare monkey, tiger, lion and other wildlife animals.
