Dear Company Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am happy to invite you and the employees of your well-regarded company to join a charity run my company is hosting. The purpose of this event is to fulfill portion our commitment toward the local hospital in our city.

This charity run is meant to raise money for the local hospital since it needs financial support to improve its facilities and services. And if you accept this invitation it would be great chance to support this event!

the run will start Saturday, Oct 2nd, 7 AM. We will gather at Merryland park. We will finish the run at Quba Gardens Bridge.

Incase of participation please bring with you your running suit, and it is advised to bring with you cold fresh juices to drink since the weather temperature will be around 28 degrees during the event!
