Dear Alex,

I hope this letter finds you well and in the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to invite you to participate in a volunteering oppourtinity at J&J Institute, where I work.

On 5th december, the volunterring day celebration will be going to held in my company. I am going to join some charity organisers and will go in rural town to conduct blood donation camp and launch seminar on awareness of spreading STI diseases.

In south Borivalli ,village named Lonavala where this event will take place and I am so excited to share my presense there. The event co-ordinator is going to arrange some rewards and benefits to those who takes part in these activities. I would be really happy if you join, as I know that you have always wanted to contribute to events like this, and your presence would definately make the day even more enjoyable.
