I am writing regarding an issue we encountered during our meeting at your conference room.
In order to have a seminar with my colleagues, I booked a venue at your hotel on the behalf of my company on December 1st. Moreover, a detailed email was sent outlining the requirements needed to smoothly run the session, including overhead projector and coffee-making facilities.
Unfortunately, when we arrived the aforementioned items were missing; therefore, we attempted to contact the facilities manager to resolve this situation at the earliest possible opportunity. Although he assured us that the missing equipment would be provided without a delay, we had waited for more than an hour before he informed us that the items would not be delivered.
Considering these circumstances, I would like the payment for this booking to be refunded and assurance in written, for the future bookings, the room will be set up exactly as required.
