Dear Jaydip,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that i won’t be able to come to see the movie.

I know we planned to go to theatre after a long time. As we both were busy in our college exams. But i am really sorry that i can’t join you for the movie.

The reason behind the cancelling my plan is that after a 5 years my cousin brother is coming from the USA to India. I have to go to the airport to pick him. Actually my big brother has planned to go the airport for pickup. Unfortunately he has to go the office to attend NRI guests. Now, instead of him I have to go. I hope you can understand my situation.

As I’m not coming then you have one extra ticket so it’s request to you that you are must to watch the movie and you can cancel the ticket and get full refund for that. As I read the policy you can cancel the ticket before 24 hours of show.

Once again sorry to not joining you and have a great fun.
