Dear Minahil,

I am very happy for your birthday invitation, but you know i will not make it to attend your birthday party.

I know it will be very special day for you and you are going to remebere me on this occasion. I am really thankfull to you for this and i am very excited .

Basically, on your birthday date some international team form a medical group will be visiting to our hospital, for that occasion my team give me this responsibilities, to take care of all the events on that day. It will be a very i mportant meeting for the hospital. you know this meeting just held once in a year, thats why the value of this conversation is high.

One day after your birthday date, i will be fully free. That day would be a rest day for me from the hospital side . So, if you can available on the next day, then i will celebrate your birthday party .
