Dear Jack,

I am writing to apologize for not being available on your coming day. I have a very difficult time because I will not see you when you are in our city. The last time I saw you was when I was 10 years old. I am very sorry.

The reason is that I have an exam at that time this exam is very important for me. It helps me for an extra work for lawyer that is why I didn’t available at that time. I suggest another day such as 2 October or 3 because at 2 October is my birthday I invite you for my birthday. If you come, we are going to swimming pool and we have been swimming all day.After swimming we enter playstation for play. It’s all located near my house. Again i apologise for not being able to see you.

I hope you will come my birthday party.
