Dear members,

I hope this letter finds you all in the best of spirit. I am writing to cordially invite each of you for a fundraising event.

As we all are aware of COVID-19 pandemic around the world so we are looking forward to raise funds for local charity so that they can supply basic necessities like N-19 masks ,sanitizers and particular oxygen cylinders to patient suffering in the hospitals.

I would like to disturb the venue and time in detail. This program will commence at 9 o’clock in the morning till 6 PM in the evening on 20th of July at residential Park, Howard Street, Delhi.

You all can be a part of the this charity either by donating money or people bringing mask, sanitiser bottles and spray are also heartly welcomed. Moreover,some interactive hand made posters that clearly display do’s and dont’s ,preventive measures of COVID-19 will be highly appreciated.
